When you create an account on ozototo, you enter into an agreement with us about how our platform operates, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us. These terms set out the rules for account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and the jurisdictional limits of our service. ozototo accepts eight payment methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Deposits are processed by our payment partners and appear in your account according to their processing times—typically instantly for mobile banking and e-wallets, and within minutes for bank transfers.

We do not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge fees for transfers; those are their responsibility, not ours. We do not control deposit processing times or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

If a withdrawal is delayed or does not appear in your account, contact our support team with your withdrawal request ID. We maintain detailed records and can investigate on your behalf.

Bonus terms and promotional offers

We may offer promotional bonuses or credits to new or existing users. All bonuses are optional—you are never required to accept them.
